Envision Eye Care has been part of the southwest Fort Wayne community since Dr. Christina Mummert opened our doors to care for her friends and neighbors. Today, our optometrists welcome patients of all ages from Aboite, the surrounding Southwest Allen County neighborhoods, and nearby communities like Roanoke and Columbia City.

Our lot offers plenty of free parking right outside the office, so getting in and out for your appointment is quick and stress-free.

Hours That Fit Your Schedule

We’re open until 6:00 PM on Wednesdays for after-work and after-school visits, and open at 7:30 AM on Fridays for early appointments.
